I live in a wonderful community and manage an organic kitchen. I am surrounded by forests and friends, and am madly in love with my partner, Mike. We are finally living together after a year of doing the long distance thing. I work hard and keep on growing and glowing!My interests are mainly focused on food: cooking it, growing it, learning about it, sharing it, thinking about it, and eating it (of course). I'm basically trying to learn as much as I can about all kinds of stuff: permaculture, the biointensive method, cob/strawbale construction, culinary tourism (culinary ECOtourism or eco-agritourism), ethnogastronomy, small-scale agriculture, and how to be self sustaining in this mad world. Besides those things I love dancing, dreaming, my friends, my grandparents, chocolate, going to new places, foodie movies, rabbits, and too many other little pleasures in life to mention.
