Music:
Country, country, and, uh....country. I listen to other stuff too, just not as often. Garth Brooks and Chris Cagle are my favorites but I don't have difficutly watching Miranda Lambert or Danielle Peck (plus they can sing). Other than that, I'll listen to rock, R&B, and pop on occasion.
Movies:
Honestly, I can't remember the last movie I went and saw. Might have been Wedding Crashers, which was funny. Comedies are fun, anything that keeps you on the edge of your seat and guessing as to what will happen next, and I can handle sappy chick flicks if the girl is hot and the story isn't ridiculously corny. Oh, and sports movies...duh.
Television:
I remember a time when I didn't have time to watch tv. I must be lazier now. Anyway, Criminal Minds is a really cool show. The CSI's are cool too. And I admit it, I have seen my fair share of this season's American Idol.
Books:
Don't get me started. I just finished The DaVinci Code last week. Awesome. I'm going to read the others from the same artist (whose name completely escapes me at the moment) as soon as Jesse lets me borrow one. I like mostly fiction stuff. Dean Koontz, Stephen King, guys like that. The Lord of the Rings is amazing just in the fact that Tolkien created and entire new world, gave it a history and brought it to life. Basically, though, if it's got pages, and words on those pages, odds are I'll read it. And don't be afraid to lend me a book. I'll have it back in about two days.
Heroes:
George Brett. The best of the best in Royals' history, enough said. Denny Matthews. Another of the best in Royals' history. A great broadcaster and baseball man. It's been nice to be able to turn on the radio and know you're listening to Royals' baseball when you hear his voice. 37 years now? Anyway, it's been a long time. And I heard he used to date a porn star. Not exactly my cup of tea, but as a guy, I get it.
