KLOOCH

Welcome to the MySpace site for KLOOCH! We are a Ukrainian rock band performing all original Ukrainian rock music. Our unique style blends North American pop/rock culture and traditional Ukrainian harmonies to create the sound that has become KLOOCH. In the short time the band has been together KLOOCH have been gaining popularity throughout Ukrainian communities all over the world through their Internet promotion campaign and performances throughout Canada and the United States. Yurko (guitar/vocal) and Taras (keyboard/vocal) decided to recruit long time friends Yar (drums) and Dave (bass) into the band providing KLOOCH with a solid rhythm section. The combined experience of the band members has seen them perform and/or record with some of the top artists in music today such as Nelly Furtado, Kim Mitchell, Michael Burgess, Amanda Stott, Emma Roberts, Fefe Dobson, Philosopher Kings, Social Code and Seven Year Itch... the list doesn't stop there. The members of KLOOCH have also been performing in Ukrainian communities worldwide for over fifteen years as members and/or backing musicians with popular Ukrainian artists such as Zahrava, Cafe Kyiv, Nove Pokolinya, Kari Ochi, Solovey and Vasyl Popadiuk to name just a few.
