This Myspace's purpose is to show the importance of Spike Lee's influences in the black community. He has done so much for African Americans in the movie business. He has been involved in over 20 feature films and many of them show postitive or negative lights on a topic and raise many questions. His most contraversial movie was Malcolm X. If you know anything about Spike Lee you know that he has helped the advancement of African Americans in the movie business an extreme amount. Mr. Lee is a phenonomal person and activist. He has donated over 100,000 dollars to charity and supports many of his family and friends. Anyone who believes that Spike Lee has not done a lot for the African American community hasn't done much research.
