Alisa Joy Henderson - That's me! I know ok... I KNOW! There is absolutely no way to tell me apart from every other asian... so don't give me that joke that we all look alike, we might, but let's get one thing straight, I am the Alisa Joy Henderson . Born of an asian family, living with a white family. Lived all over the world, and still wanting to see more.

I am a girl with one heart. It's fantastic, cause i feel everything. I know that when i smile, something is making me happy. I have a tendency to get extremely excited over small things, such as a post-it note that is a rare color, or a funny shape. But, let's not classify me as a sort of narcotic idiot. To quite the contrary, I am full of ambition, and sometimes more than i can handle. I am currently attending the most amazing university -- ever! California Polytechnic University of San Luis Obispo. Otherwise known as - CalPoly SLO! I have declared the major of business with concentrations in international, marketing, and financial management -- maybe :). I want to have a second major in digital arts... we'll see.

I have lived everywhere in my life and I have had so many unique opportunities and eye-opening experiences throughout my life. i would not trade what i have seen,and what i have done for anything. I like to make smart moves in life, so that i move forward not wishing to remake the past. But mistakes are often the catalyst for growth in life, and I am thankful for those as well. I am blessed, and i am thankful.

I am not easily swayed by crowds, although i do love to be with a lot of people. Decision that the majority has made, is not also mine.

I value my friends in my life. If they are my friend, then they know that i care. It's gonna be an adventurous life with me, so please be my friend. I need friends in my life, and thank God I have been blessed with some of the most kindhearted individuals in the world. My Best Friend - Rachyll Tenny, who knows what in life i could've missed without her by my side. It's not always laughs between us, or always a good time, infact it is the best. There are no old friends, friends are friends, you stick with them and are loyal. Some will turn their backs, but my job is to never turn away. I surround myself with strong individuals so that when i fall i know they can lift me.

Family has and always will be my priority. I will love them forever. My family is my foundation of my life, and without them i would not sum up to be much. They have taught me lessons of life, they have encouraged me in my religion, and every aspect of my life. I am a Christian, and am thankful for Jesus in my life. My parents love and support is what helps me walk through life. Thank you.

I love to write, but most people don't understand what i'm saying when i write. I really enjoy singing, especially in elevators, showers, or cars. But caution to the fact that my voice is never in tune. I love music, but i am a hard judge when it comes to something new, and then i force myself to listen to them, and i end up loving the new artist. I'm very good at getting the only line of a song i know stuck in my head and singing it over and over. I love to be active with my life, sleep is definately not one of my hobbies, but finds itself to be necessary at times in my life. I love the smell of the beach especially early in the morning. I wake up early to just sit on the sand and calm my life down, the sense of tranquility is overwhelming to me. I want to surf, but my capabilities with balance restrain me. The idea of getting in the water and the water just throwing me out is humorous. I want to skydive sometime, and go in a hot air balloon. I love to try new things, even though at first i might be timid, i will eventually do it.
