As a NEO EMCEE eye agree to use Entertainment which consist of:Dancing, Singing, Rapping, Poetry, Modeling, D.J'ing, M.C'ing, Radio Personality, Producing, Managing, Engineering, Writing of all types, Photography, Designing, A&R, Muzician, Acting, Directing, etc,to help change the climate from disagreeable to agreeable and to also assist (raise funds and awareness) for the purpose of Political Prisoners, Health Care, Food, Clothing and Shelter everywhere on the planet Earth (Tiamat) QI, GI.Eye have respect for Right Knowledge and will use the sciences of nature to help change the negative climates to positive climates for all. Eye overstand that entertainment plays a huge role in whether or not my heart is filled with good or evil thus eye commit my abilities toward positivity.In making a decision to be a NEO EMCEE it is important for me to be responsible enough to guard my heart from wrong, evil and confusion. Eye overstand that eye am to help expose all to positive information about the importance of staying alive and free. Eye will recruit applicants for education and workforce participation and future economic opportunities.Eye will help positively influence the manner in which both urban youth and Hip-Hop culture are viewed by society. Eye overstand that while connecting the youth to the myriad of programs and services that they desperately need, NEO EMCEES is the physical New Movement inwhich eye give my full support.Eye accept my position as a NEO EMCCEE and will attend seminars and rallies lecturing and educating those in attendance aswell as listening to those in attendance. Eye overstand that working with others is healthy and effective and therefore eye will continue to participate as part of other organizations.Eye realize, overstand and accept that NEO EMCEES is fathered by The Hip Hop Culture and has authenticity. NEO EMCEES is a positive entertainment influence. It is the bridge to connect the Cultural divide. NEO EMCEES do not seek to exhaust consumers or anyone for a financial gain but to educate through the several portals of entertainment.Eye overstand that NEO EMCEES are spiritually uplifting. Phoebus surprises his partner S.O.M.E one-day with repetitive intellect word play in the form of rap

Today PhotoPhoebus The Day Star is the CEO of Neo Emcees Inc.The head Engineer and a Nuwop Soildier..Born in North Bergen,NJ raised in Union City. He was an athlete in his early years
playing ball on city courts and living within the hip hop culture. StateMent was bound
to be influenced by the laws of emceeing. He always had a strong passion for music,
writing poetry, and lyricism. Early in his youth at the age of 9 StateMent realized
his calling to create music. Learning all that he could about emceeing from his environment,
gave stament the confidence to battle other emcees at a concert called "Spit Rhyme for Time."
this event was hosted by Neo Emcees and where statement won and made it known that he was
to be taken seriously. After spending 1 year on the Neo sidelines he soon arose and embraced
his position with confidence and determination to be successful in the music business.
StateMent an official Neo Emcee now! came up through the Neo ranks to reach stability as a "Young Executive."
He has contributed his part to the Neo Incorporation,and currently still continues to prosper...CHRIS LYKES ,BORN IN JERSEY CITY AS A PRODUCT OF THE HIP HOP CULTURE AND A ARTISTIC FAMILY,WAS INTRODUCED TO RAP BY ACCIDENT. HE STARTED OFF BY PLAYING THE GUITAR BUT LATER FOUND OUT HE WAS GOOD AT WRITING PARODIES OF HIT SONGS UNTIL HE REALIZED THAT TO PUT A SONG TOGETHER WAS SOMETHING HE CAN DO WITH EASE. ASIDE FROM PLAYING SPORTS,TAGGING UP, BREAKING, WRITING SHORT STORIES AND SPOKEN WORD CHRIS LYKES WORKED ON PERFECTING HIS FLOW AND BATTLE SKILLS UNTIL HIS CRAFT WAS SOLID ENOUGH TO RECEIVE PRAISES FROM HIS PEERS.
CONSIDERED AN UNDERGROUND PURIST CHRIS LYKES STRIVES TO THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AND NOT FOLLOW THE FLOCK WHICH SETS HIM APART FROM THE REST OF THE FIELD.

Inspired to rhyme by his passion for true lyricism Architect was immediately drawn to the Underground and especially the battle scene. With an unblemished record, Arc decided to take his rap career more seriously and recorded his first solo tracks at the Neo Emcee studio.
