About Me

I've been composing electronic music for several years, and spinning my own music for about two or three. I started out like most people do, learning the fundamnetals by organizing pre-recorded beats and riffs on simple software programs such as MTV Music Generator and Acid Pro, and eventually progressed to more professional and versatile programs like Reason 3.0, and equally as versatile but slightly less reputable programs like Fruityloops. I've been using these two programs (as well as many others) damn near every single day since my first exposure to electronic music, which must have been around 6 or 7 years ago. My cousin (Jim the Elektronaut) handed me a copy of BT's Movement in Still Life, and ever since I've devoted myself to electronic music and the processes involved in writing and recording it. Needless to say, that album had a practically religious level of influence on me, to the point of convincing me that electronica is the most powerful musical genre of our time, and a cause worth devoting one's life to.
Nowadays there are literally thousands of bands in every city, and the morbid truth that most people refuse to accept is that the vast majority of them are completely mediocre, and continually struggle to, but will never match their rock idols of the 60's and beyond. Bands like the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, the Doors, Pink Floyd, Jefferson Airplane, the Jimi Hendrix Experience and Lynyrd Skynyrd, to name a few, simply cannot be replicated, and the only way music is going to evolve is if we explore every new frontier presented to us... which is why I will never, ever stop believing that electronica is the future of music as we know it, and I will continue to preach it to anyone that ingorantly refuses to acknowledge it as being a simple, blatant, inevitable truth.I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)

Wisdom through Symbiosis

So apparently I killed myself...

...at least, according to a handful of high, gullible Littleton-ites.  I'd hope that if I killed myself it wouldn't be something that people would have to blindly search to find out about.&n...
