Rock Dogs

About Me

The Official Rock Dogs My Space
And so the story begins...
From the early days of jamming in a bedroom with a rusty second hand drum kit and an 80s Casio keyboard you could say theyve come quite a way. Led by Matt, the lead singer, the band has seen many changes over the few years it's been formed. Changes of name and changes of members have all contributed and formed what we now know as.. "The Rock Dogs."
Starting with regular performances at the "Spotted Dog", the more intimate of pubs in Digbeth, Birmingham, UK, the band first produced what could only be labeled as a "somewhat eclectic following". From young pre-teens to old timers drawn by the familiar yet fresh sounds that the Rock Dogs play and developed as their own.
Recently the story is beginning to take a new twist. More people eager to hear more and gigs that are becoming more regular and high profile. The band are having their fair share of radio coverage too and have written an extensive list of quality tracks. They are only now starting to really touch to edge of the vast chasm of independent music.
Keep your eyes peeled and your ears tuned in. The Rock Dogs have yet to reach their peak.
You can get up-to-date info as well as buy and listen to full tracks here .
We're also very interested in networking with other bands, promoters, magazines and anyone generally on the music scene in brum or further afield.
