I am a German-born actor and voice-over artist, currently living and working in the UK.
I started quite young, as a child voice-over artist in film and radio, and later on trained at drama school in Paris, song and dance in Berlin and Montreal, and more recently here in London, where I specialise in Meisner technique and Stanislavski.
I am what you would call a "character actress" and I'm always on the look-out for challenging, strong roles and bold, innovative art concepts.
I am currently involved with an Oxford-based project to celebrate the plays and poetry of Zimbabwean artist Dambudzo Marechera. Coming up May 2009, so don't miss it!As actors, we are storytellers, and there's nothing that I like more than a great, gripping story! This is why in my freetime I write; poetry, short prose, my PhD thesis; this is also why I teach film and literature part-time and am also working as an editor.So many things to do in this life, and so little time!..
