Star Wars; as a seven year old kid that movie rocked my world! It was fantastic! kids watching movies today, say "that was so cheesy" without knowing that if it wasn't for the vision of SW and it's creator. We would'nt have some of my other favorites and theirs, like: Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Armagedon, Independence Day, Pirates of the Carribean. Two of my favorites though are The Princess Bride, and Second Hand Lions.
I used to love Northern Exposure, and Wings, but these days I can't say any of the stuff on tv really catches my attention.
Any of Jimmy Buffett's books both fiction and non. Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. funniest books I've ever read. The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant by Stephen Donaldson. Good si-fi-fantasy read similiar to lord of the rings. Ishmael by Daniel Quinn
