Because you ask...No. I am not the extra-terrestrial and I hope, obviously not 77. I am not ashamed of my age.I just think that it is irrelevant. ET was a nickname given to me when I was around 18 by Chris Wood of the Restraints (a local Atlanta band from the late 70's and early 80's).We were crazy kids in those days--688, The Metroplex, CBGB's...those were the days. Everybody knew everybody and everyone one hung out together--no pretentiousness. Well, there were some...I won't go there, but most artists then were open and not star-struck with their own fame. Don't get me wrong. There is good music out there today, but you have to truly find it and weed through the hype, promotion and record labels.The artists on my page and my friends are truly talented artists with special gifts that for some, continue to produce thought provoking ideas, emotion and sounds that hit you right in the gut.
