About Me

If 1999 was the best year of my life thus far, I have to say 2008 has been the toughest. I'm starting a new chapter in my life now... Rediscovering who I am....trying to find that independent girl i knew a while back. I know the things i want out of life and I'm willing to work for them. I know that I deserve to be happy and i'm going to do all I can to make that happen. Through it all I have come to realize a few things....1) I have the most amazing friends and family. There can be none better on the planet. 2)There is a strength within me that I had forgotten. 3)I will never take the happy moments in life and those moments that are filled w/ love for granted again, because they are gone in a flash. 4) Regardless of what the future holds...I will be a better and stronger person in the end.
Help me to remember, Lord, that like the seasons of the year, life brings continuous growth and changes. As long as I remember that, I can look with expectancy to all that lies ahead. I can rest in the assurance that you are in control of the seasons of my life.

My Interests

Well school has started and for me that means summer is over:( It went by TOO FAST. So for the fall...well i'd like to work on dance:) Gotta make it a priority. I'm actually starting Ballroom and want to spend more time improving on ATS. Still haven't painted my room...but i am painting downstairs. Somehow i managed to be picked as "team mom". I'm having a great time helping the other team moms. I'm soooooo not looking forward to winter. But it's coming my way anyway.

I recieved BEATS ANTIQUE's - COLLIDE and it is now one of my obsessions! Strangely I've developed an obsession w/ Norah Jones. I love her music... you just feel it.

Television:

mostly just house(what a funny guy), sometimes c.s.i ( though it hasn't been that good lately, ooooh and I LOVE grey's anatomy(i'll miss Dr. Burke)

Books:

the vampire chronicles, the mayfair witches,the "Left Behind" series and ANY DEAN KOONTZ books.

Heroes:

My kids are incredible! They are growing up to be amazing adults. I am so blessed.

Speeding tickets

So... i got a speeding ticket on Saturday. I was really bummed. I speed often and understand that there is always the risk of getting a ticket. I also do not wear my seatbelt very often. I know....
