About Me

ORDER NOW!! Sounds from the Seattle Underground CD
View C-Leb's EPKFormer members of altaRego come together to invent an infectious electro/analog sound that transcends music boundaries and brings that energy to the stage. Both an artist and producer, C-leb writes and co-develops the songs with A-Bro (formerly of altaRego) to mix the music live. Seeking to develop a style that would ignite the crowd and combine the club with the rock venue, C-Leb uses bass driven electro-house sounds with analog guitars (Adrian formerly of The Glasses), samples and live vocals (Bee Simonds) to bring the "BOOM" to every show.
"Their sound fit the moment: edgy and energetic with a touch of dark to it. Perfect for the halloween bash and getting me and my friends out on the dance floor."
-Jules - nwmusicblog.com
"I feel like this would all go over better in a town like Miami or LA, it just seemed totally out of place here at the High Dive."
-heather b - www.threeimaginarygirls.com
"First off, at Salmon Bay Eagles (all ages), C-Leb and A-Bro, started things off with very stirring techno-rock/pop - entertaining as hell. Caleb has an awesome voice and really plays a mean harmonica, but Connie’s (Bee Simonds) voice really blew me away."
JanKeira Knox (The Jet City Redhead) on REVERBfest
"They have a really great uptempo retro electronica sound -- maybe Beck meets early Depeche Mode -- but there's no way you are pinning them down that easily."
-Keith- ballardite blog
"Electro-beat swooner turned Seattle Subsonic blogger C-Leb (that’s called ‘full disclosure’) has teamed up with his pal A-Bro in crafting Broke Downtown, a dj-inspired, mid-tempo dance record with slick beats, funky jabs, sly vocals, and soaring back-up pipes (courtesy of local singer/songwriter Bee Simonds, also on this bill). Add in some new-wave synth, house bass and scratchy guitar, and it might just latch on to your spongey little brain. Think of a happier Depeche Mode or a funkier Pet Shop Boys joining forces with contemporary spacegazers Starfucker and the Postal Service.
