Hello. My name is Momo – the Missouri Monster. I'm a huge, hairy, hulking creature that lives in a hidden, secluded cave in a remote part of Pike County, Missouri and am pretty well known for stalking the woods and lonely country roads outside the town of Louisiana. I have glowing orange eyes, a pumpkin-shaped head, three-fingered hands and leave three-toed footprints. Unlike my distant cousin, the shy (yet popular) Bigfoot, I am an ominous, agressive, wild and woolly, rank-smelling man-creature that has been known to kill animals and antagonize humans. I was first spotted by humans when I accidentally stumbled upon a road near Paris, Missouri in July 1969 when I was just three years old. The more famous reports of Momo sightings from the 1970s were actually of my father, Momo Sr. (R.I.P.). Dad died when he drowned in the Mississippi River in the flood of '93. I'm still waiting for one of you chickenshit fancypants filmmakers to make a movie about me. Any takers?
