There's been three proper Fosca albums, one live album and a few EPs released to date. The first two albums and EPs were released on UK indie label Shinkansen and produced by Ian Catt (St Etienne). The late John Peel played them on his BBC Radio 1 show. The Painted Side of the Rocket (the third studio album) and Confused and Live (the live album) are released by Swedish label, But Is It Art?
Fosca have toured the UK, France, and Sweden.
"Fosca create sinister misfit melodies. They are nervous and shy, but defiant and sly. Fosca are pro-style and anti-fashion. Fosca are solipsistic and selfish, but in a good way. Fosca are anti-social and sporadically reclusive and elusive.
"Fosca like to make dysfunctional dance music with one hand and coruscating chamber pop with the other. Fosca are Outpatient Pop. Fosca are slinky pseudo-sophisticates. Fosca are stroppy and cute. Fosca are wanted dead by Bald Shouting Men. They kill Fosca's kind for their thick pelts."
