DevoteD to GOD, DevoteD to music, Therefore DevoteD to make you dance, and even think if possibble...Enjoy your life, you have only 1!Born and raised in the West-Indies (MARTINIQUE); "DevoteD" officially started in 1999 as an author/composer/performer in England. By travelling in the carribean and France, He could record different compilations like: "Madd thing" with the "MADDYOUTHS" crew who is still pushing him forward and "ninety seven carribbaen" that passed during 2003-04.The group "DevoteD & RuddSounD" was formed in September 2004 in Lublin (Poland). From the beginning the group gathered musicians to create totally new sound of reggae music. After several personal changes, it contains two guitar players, a bass player, a drummer and two backing vocals. The Lead singers of the group, DevoteD (Martinique - Caribbean), and MC Tallib (son of a legendary polish musician – Jerzy Slota – creator of a group VOX).In March 2005 DevoteD & RS recorded their first demo (in cooperation with Radio Lublin). This demo helped to find more than 40 concerts during the summer season 2005. The group played with the finest stars of “polish music stage” and attended the biggest polish reggae festival – “Ostróda Festival Reggae 2005”. These concerts helped the band to gain experience in working with a public, and improve the songs instrumentally.In May 2005 the group was invited as the best 16 groups in Europe for the competition "MTV A-Cut" to Rotterdam (Holland) by” MTV Europe Channel” to perform a song “Healing Of The Nations” and had also an interview for the program. It showed up on MTV Europe Channel (125 million home viewers) during September 2005. The group has been invited to the national Polish TV channels several times, had many interviews for radios and appeared in different polish newspapers."Ruddsound" also became the name of his label "DevoteD" is still going forward, and met the "Lion Foss"soundsystem in France (91) , DJ Macky and many other artists to work with...
