About Me

Where to start? Have experienced quite a bit in life...I suppose we can start there and leave it at that. "AA" degree in electronics; currently working as an aviation inspector (airways). I also maintain navigation systems, weather equipment, and radios. I've lived 20 years in Los Angeles, CA, 3 years in Japan, 2 years in Turkey, 4 months in Bosnia, 4 months in Colombia, 1 year in South Korea, and 9 years in Oklahoma City...I respect the rest of the world, and hope to continue travelling as long as possible. I'm outgoing, but not a party animal. I am talkative, but not the loudmouth at gatherings. I like movies and live theater. I prefer classic literature and am open to most movies. At present, I have just completed 17 years as an active duty Air Force member.Myspace Backgrounds

My Interests

Weightlifting to keep in shape, jogging, reading classic literature and news, movies, music. Of course, travel as well.

I'd like to meet:

Friends in the Oklahoma City area to build on each other's strengths and intellect...just kidding...I need my downtime. I am busy, but enjoy my free time. I am occupied on almost all weekends with my kids, so that leaves my weeknights free. Would appreciate a friend for the occasional weeknight bar hopping, movie watching, or occasional dinner and gossip.mspmb allowScriptAccess="never" src="http://lads.myspace.com/slides/slideshow_random.swf?u=6 1644473" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="426" height="320"

Music:

Am open to all kinds of music, but would at least like to be able to understand the lyrics. I love to sing, but chances are you won't see me singing or dancing (at least in public).

Movies:

They make it, I'll watch it...but honestly...a "B" movie is a "B" movie. I prefer movies such as THE DEPARTED, ROCKY BALBOA (#6), BILLY ELLIOTT, THE OPPOSITE SEX, OLD SCHOOL. I like to laugh at the comedies, be riveted by a good drama, and be awed by a good action movie.

Television:

Rarely watched. My TV watching is limited to that cuddle time on the couch, or those days when I can't take the kids out.

Books:

Classic literature, politics, national news, world events.

Heroes:

The working class family who "Got it honest."
