My main interest in life would have to be my children, playing with them and just watching them grow! They are amazing! In the summer I love to go fishing and just going exploring and hanging out in the woods or at the river with Wes and them! I'm not afraid to bait my own hook! lol I've always been kind of a tomboy, so I'm glad I had boys, I don't mind gettin' dirty with them, runnin' trucks through the mud and stuff like that! Other than that I like to play on the computer, play video games occasionally, if there is something wrong with the computer or I just get in the mood, I like to make hemp necklaces, bracelets, belts...whatever I feel like at the moment, hanging out with my friends! We don't get the chance to go out without the kids much so were kinda' homebodies!
I'd like to meet:
Art Alexakis of Everclear, because I love their music, and Johnny Depp, because I've always loved his acting, and most all of his movies, in fact I cant think of one I dont like! Plus, the fact he's incredibly hot doesn't hurt either!
Music:
My all time favorite band is Everclear! Though Sublime is a close second, I like alot of other stuff though, ranging from Better Than Ezra, Korn, Candlebox, System of a Down, Nine Inch Nails, Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, The Eagles, REO Speedwagon, Tom Petty, The Doors, ....There's just too many to name! I like most anything hard rock to alternative, also I love music from the 70's, 80's, and 90's. I dont fair well with most country, (I was tormented by it as a small child...you understand...right?) but there are a few artists that are cool, I can also do without most rap and r&b, but again, there are a few old school songs and artists I do like.
Movies:
I dont have a favorite movie I guess, because I cant narrow it down from many! I like comedies alot: Super Troopers, Out Cold, Dazed and Confused, (i guess thats kinda a comedy, lol) Pretty much anything Kevin Smith, Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, anything Adam Sandler, except Punch Drunk Love is kinda odd. I'm not really into comic books, but I really like The Punisher, Daredevil, and a few other comics turned movies. Natural Born Killers was another of my favorites, and I like Quinton Tarrentino films quite a bit. I dont like scary movies much, at least the ones like the Texas Chain Saw Massacre, and I hate Jeepers Creepers! But I do like Strangeland, it just scares the shit out of me! I watch alot of kids movies because of the kids, I can't lie.....there are a few I really like, Spirit, Brother Bear, The Nightmare before Christmas, and The Incredibles are pretty cool, I like most of them actually, but my boys like to watch everything over and over again, and after you see Toy Story 1 & 2 twenty-eight times in a row, it gets rather annoying! lolol
Television:
When I actually get a chance to watch something not animated, I usually tune it to A&E. I love Cold Case Files, American Justice, and The First 48. I am also a celebrity gossip junkie, so I like to watch E! occasionally, True Hollywood Stories is pretty cool! I will also watch Animal Planet quite a bit, thats one thing I can sometimes compromise with the kids with, or Discovery. I cannot stand American Idol, or anything remotely like it. Some Reality TV is okay, but for the most part I can do without it! I dont usually watch sitcoms, I just dont have enough patience for them.
Heroes:
My hero is my grandmother. She always went the extra step to make each day special. She always maintained a positive outlook on life and held her family values in very high regard. She never let her family see her crumble, she was always a strong women right down to the very end. She had the best heart of anyone I have ever met, and if I ever become half the women, mother and grandmother she was, then I will be proud!
