About Me

Hi, my name is Tea pronounced Tia. I'm a really outgoing person with a very optimistic outlook on life! I live by example, always talk the talk and walk the walk otherwise I keep my mouth shut! My philosophy in life is to treat everyone with respect. Learn something from everyone, never let people put you down or hold you down. If you respect yourself so will other people. If you take care of yourself first your capable of helping others. If you continue to grow daily within yourself then the sky is the limit. I've learned that everything in life is a game so be in it to win it! Looks can only get you so far but your intelligence,aura and personality takes you higher then you can ever imagine. The whole package is something I will always strive to be. Knowledge is POWER not money, as long as I do what I love that's all that matters! Yes, money does make things easier but it doesn't necessary bring internal happiness. Happiness is a pursuit so as long as I'm willing to chase it I know I will always be content. I find our minds to be the most fascinating tool we posses because we control everything we do and say. I LOVE being mentally STIMULATED! And in the end it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years. - Abraham Lincoln Learning to give to others and not expecting anything back is real LOVE. When you LOVE you have lived. LOVE is the act of the will. It doesn't matter what road we take but rather what we become on the journey. Many strive for Happiness but can't define it, Happiness is emotion in which one experiences feelings ranging from contentment and satisfaction to bliss and intense joy. One of my favorite quotes in The Giving Zone, "Maturity is achieved when a person postpones immediate pleasures for long-term values." -Joshua Liebman I saw this quote and it made me laugh but at the same time it is VERY SAD... "For All Those Men Who Believe There's No Reason To Buy The Cow When You Can Get The Milk For Free...Currently Women Are Against Marriage too, As They Have Wised Up To The Fact That For 7 Ounces Of Sausage It's Not Worth Buying The Whole Pig." Pretty soon everyone will have an excuse and a commitment problem eventually MARRIAGE will become obsolete. I hope not!

My Interests

I love to work out pretty much that means anything physical! I love to go to the gym, go to the beach @ the bottom of my hill and ride boats and sea doos, roller blade, rock climb, hike, surf, golf, travel, writing, reading books and poetry, musicals, plays, race cars, ride motorcycles.

I love race cars and dirt bikes. WORK HARD PLAY HARDER! My favorite past time is staying MOTIVATED and reaching out changing one life at a time.

Music:

I Love all types of music, listening to everything! Eagles, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Steve Miller, Nirvana, Citizen Cope, Diddy, Justin Timberlake, Snoop Dogg, Jay-Z, Shakira, Sarah Mclachlan. Dido, James Blunt, One Republic, Timberland, Jazz, Opera, Oldies, Elvis, The Beatles, George Strait, Shania Twain, Carrie Underwood, Classical, Mozart, Beethoven etc.They all soothe the soul in different ways. Expanding your horizon is never a bad thing. I get irritated with people who say they hate certain types of music when they never tried to listen to it. That's weak! I love it all! But my favorite girl of all time is Gwen Stefani. I would love to spend a day in her shoes.

Movies:

Love them all except...Scary movies. I like to rent because I rather cuddle up with my stuffed animal and have my warm fuzzy blankie and a glass of red wine. Lol :) Love to be in one or write one someday. I must admit, my favorite movie of all time is still Top Gun, I've always wanted my pilot's license. When I was 18 I set up a meeting to join the Air Force but my friend who I won't mention talked me out of it, I got scared and we drove away. I've kicked myself ever since. OMG... The best movie ever, "Napolean Dynamite"...Airplane, Office Space, police Academy, The Goonies, On a serious note I love watching true stories, they just touch my soul and give me fuel like Pursuit of Happiness. I also enjoy Braveheart and Gladiator (very heroic and I love a manly man), Titanic (I'm a big sucker for romance), Dirty Dancing, The Notebook, Sweet Home Alabama (I believe in second chances), Casino because I love Robert Dinero, The GodFather, love Al Pacino and Marlon Brando, the list just goes on and on.

Television:

There are so many reality shows and I must admit that I'm hooked on them all. My FAV The Amazing Race and American Idol. I try to keep up with all of them but I usually have more important things to do like SAVE THE WORLD... so I tivo! Right now my show is "Grey's Anatomy," but I must admit the sit-com isn't as good as the book. hehe??? I'm hooked on Desperate Housewives, American Gladiator, CSI Vegas, Brothers $ Sister's, Home Improvement and Cooking channels.

Books:

I love reading magazines when I have a minute. But usually anything that is motivating, biographies or inspiring. The Ladies Room, Loving what Is, Purpose Driven Life, The Giving Zone, He's Just Not That Into You, I'm trying to write a self help book myself, so far so good. If you have any ideas send them to me. :)

Heroes:

First my MOMMY... The MEN and WOMAN at WAR. People who are passionate, has a pure heart and are true to themselves, cause half the truth is still a full lie. I believe that you should always live your life right, with no regrets. Leave the past in the past, control what you can control and not worry about the things that are intangible. Honest people are heroes in my book. People who truly and genuinely cares for others are involved in charities. Oprah, Mother Teresa, Anthony Robbins, Steven and Fredda Goldfarb, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie etc. Whitin 10 years I would love to have my own charity foundation, to revamp the foster care system and someday build schools and homes in Asia, first location Cambodia.
