Hi i'm Rob aka Vinylmad. I like to make dirty dark beats and light floaty synthetic stuff. I am 1/4 of Nizim through which we have thrown some amazing parties and nights and are looking to expand on to the festival circuit next year.
I like to write tunes and then mash them up in ableton live using midi controllers etc. I have performed a number of sets at V festival, Lovebox, Mass in Brixton, Telegraph, and Sub Club. I will be uploading recordings of these sets for your listening pleasure very soon.
Pinstickers is a live project I'm involved in which is taking a cross section of dance, punk, and metal and mashing it up in a big black cauldron. I play synths and trigger samples whilst protest mashes up the beats and vocals, metal chugs his guitar and Melanie Jane and Maitri provide the lyrical momentum.
