The Foreign Resort - a battery of penetrating melodies

The Foreign Resort is new wave rock. A resonant vocal rambling between restless and frayed guitar sounds and a defiant rhythm section. The Cure stumbling into Sonic Youth.

The Foreign Resort has existed for about two years. During this period they have played shows throughout Denmark, Germany and the US.

The band's debut album entitled Offshore was released February 20th. The vinyl-only release was produced by Bo Karlsson and mastered by Jan Eliasson and released by Flat Ape Music in cooperation with the Copenhagen vinyl store Smukstøj.
