Stand tall and be proud of who you are!

About Me

I was born in Kansas but grew up in Tacoma, Washington. I moved to Indiana about 2 years ago to be with my wife (Pam), fiancee then, and step-son Thomas. I am 1/2 German, 3/8 Cherokee, and 1/8 French. I am a simple man who enjoys the simple pleasures in life like camping and fishing. I have no tolerance for hypocrisy or stupidity (ignorance is when you don't know any better, stupidity is knowing better and doing it anyway). Want to know more? You know how to reach me.
What Type Of Dragon Are You?

StarSheild Dragon
Congrats! You are the good StarSheild Dragon! You are fast and graceful, but do not enjoy being in the presence of humans. Instead, you are nocturnal and spend your time enjoying the comforts of nature. Becasue you are nocturnal, you can see well at night and can somtimes be seen hunting during a full moon. You are facinated with the stars and Space, yet are mysterious and wise.

My Interests

Beadwork, Camping, Fishing, Hunting (Bow)

I'd like to meet:

Dale Chihuly, I would love to meet anyone as talented as he is.

Music:

I like all kinds of music except elevator music and haven't found much rap that I like. Some of my favorite groups are Evanescence, Bon Jovi, Allison Krause and Union Station, and Candy Dulpher.

Movies:

Favorite movie is Braveheart. A modern day "Romeo and Juliet" story.

Television:

Don't have any real favorite programs. I don't watch much T.V. but I would have to say the programs I watch the most are "Trick My Truck" and "Nature's Most Extreme."

Books:

Anything by William Shakespeare and Rudyard Kipling. I prefer ancient greek literature such as "Hypatia".

Heroes:

My Mother. There was a time it was just her, my brother, and I and she worked as a waitress. She would come home with her feet so sore she could hardly walk. She sacrificed much of herself for us kids. To me, such sacrifice is the mark of a true hero!

Simple Pleasures

Today I was in my first convoy! It was a small one, only 4 trucks, but I was in the lead and it was the closest thing to living poetry I have ever experienced. I was in the lead and whenever I changed...
