Blurred Vision label Owner & Ministry of Sound radio host Andy.D has been around for a little while now! All be it on the gnarly underground circuit.
Andy.D Started spinning records back in and around 1990, playing at house parties with and along side the legendary sound system POD.
These parties and POD opened doors that resulted with the offer of a set at the infamous and long running music festival GlastonburyThis set soon turned into a regular slot after Andy was invited back, this return saw him playing there from 1990 right until 1997.
During the Glastonbury days, a chance encounter with Talvin Singh, after one of Andys sets, lead to the offer of a monthly residency at the Ministry of Sound in London, this residency saw Andy playing along side the likes of Darren Emerson, Alex Patterson, Dave Dorell and many more.
He has always been in to his techno, playing his own unique style and brand at many a house party, club and festival alike, and like every other DJ, over the years he has experimented with different dance music genres. In 2002 breaks and electro found their way to Andys ears. These 2 genres seemed to suit his style of play, AND even went with the techno already in his record box and yep, his style of play soon started to change again.
This changing style and his now unique slamming blend of breaks and techno, saw him line up along side the likes of Trentmoller,Jeff Mills, Colin Dale, Dave Angel, Steve Lawler, Miss Kitten, Steve Angello, Paul Woolford, Skool of Thought, Sebastian Ingrosso, Aquasky, Drumattic Twins, Slyde, Precision Cuts, Autobots, Merka, PMT, Soul of Man, Nick Thayer, Rennie Pilgrim, Nick Fanciulli and Paul Arnold @ clubs such as
MINISTRY of SOUND, THE END, SPACE in IBIZA and across EUROPE and the UK to name just a few.
He has since been snapped up by techno Legend Colin Dale's Wildlife - AM DJ Agency.

What now, well you can catch Andy.D on his weekly Ministry of Sound radio show, The radio show goes out every Saturday night into Sunday morning from 4-6am. You can also catch him at one of his growing residencies in and around London as well as the rest of the UK.
