The Beginning:
Once Marcus prepared a cd and spread it among Brazilian DJs, who liked his job and encouraged him to run for it and show his work to the Worldwide community, what ended in signing a tune to a belgium label (MkM & GBX Audiometric) and in his 1st 12" release in a UK label (Monsters @ Unstable), wich was a success over the floors it was smashed due to feedbacks of big names like Aquasky, Plump Djs, Orbital to name a few.
His tracks have great support from Brazilian DJs and from the UK, US and Spanish crew. He was the 1st Brazilian that released a breakbeat tune in a Uk label, more recognition came for the Brazil's dnb and breaks community for his hard work on producing over the years, things that made him a Pioneer in Breaks Productions in Brazil, by Media, Djs, Producers, Lovers...
MkM & GBX already got monthly shows @ BreaksFM and @ Dynamic Breaks.
Nowadays:
The Breaks scene is increasing a lot in Brazil. Loads of new DJs and upcoming producers, parties, breaks heads, a formation of a Solid scene.
From 2006 to 2007 MKM played in some of the most important parties in his city BrasÃlia, like Underground Movement, TECHTRONIC and LOVE (The Brazilian Version of Love Parade), many local party projects like: Laboratório (LAB), VISION, Parafernália, AudioJack, FloripaExcess to name a few, what gave him the oportunity to play in other places like São Paulo (Bassemotion), and many parties over Minas Gerais.
His style seems to bring joy to people on the floor! The catchy feeling and the execution of new and great breaks tracks is a new and fun way to spread the breaks word for people!
At the Studio MkM is working on loads of New Music. Pushing the vibe of Tech, Funky and Electro Breaks, his sounds are getting a great feedback from the listeners, DJs and producers, what makes he keeps in a constant evolution in his production skills.
