I am Oglala Lakota and my family comes from Oglala on Pine Ridge Rez.
I pretty much like to have fun and try and experience what life and cultures have to offer. I grew up Lakota so don't know how to be anything else, even if i tried. I try my best to live up to the 7 sacred values of the Lakota Oyate, which is: Bravery, Generosity, Resepct, Fortitude, Compassion, Humility and Prayer. I try my best to revolve myself around these values. These are very hard values to comply with, within urself. But then again I heard once, every Opprotunity Is An Opprotunity To Do Good.
Well as u can tell, I take pride in who I am and where I come from. And for all of you that ask me if I recieve Casino Money, I have a question for you back, Do You Get Money From Las Vegas or Reno Casino's? Not all of us indians are casino indians that get money up the wahzoo. Now if my tribe was almost extinct with very little members and lost languages and/or cultures, then maybe I would be a casino indian. No pun attended to my other natives out there.
