Over much of 2005, 90.9 FM World Music Radio broadcasted commercial free content for its Reno, NV audience. The broadcast moved to the playa with Reno 909 at Burning Man in 2005. Known as one of the most powerful radio stations in Black Rock City, our broadcast reached past Gerlach and Empire. ---Reno 909 returned to the Burning Man Festival in 2006. 90.9 FM was on and off the air over the course of the festival.
