Biagio began creating art at an early age and has been recognized for his creative talents ever since.
Further advancing his skills and knowledge, he enrolled at Rosa Parks High School of Fine and Performing Arts. It was there that tattoos sparked his curiosity. Viewing a magazine of a classmate's, Biagio witnessed how masterful artists, like Filip Leu, Guy Aitchison, Paul Booth and others, were changing the way tattoos looked. These masters made artwork out of tattoos instead of a cheap scribble that the world was used to. With much appreciation, Biagio decided to get large pieces of work from masters such as these. It wasn't until attending William Paterson University, for computer animation, that he considered doing tattoos. After designing many tattoos for friends, the question was brought up to Biagio. "Why don't you do it?" With the support of many eager friends to practice on, Biagio began tattooing and he simply fell in love. With his passionate ambition he started an apprenticeship with Thunderstruck Tattoo in 2002. Two years later, he started working for the prestigious Starlight Tattoo and really spread his wings.Biagio works in a large variety of styles. He really just loves to tattoo, regardless of what the subject matter. Although he is passionate about every piece, he prefers to do his own drawings. Biagio takes much pride in his own work and loves to mate up his tattoo designs to the client that is wearing it. Much of his own designs include utilizing photo or life reference. Biagio likes the refinement achieved through a realistic design. He also believes that each tattoo should be designed to flow with the natural lines, curves, and structure of the body in order to achieve a great tattoo. To do this, Biagio also works in freehand to better align the design to the body. However it is that Biagio creates a tattoo, he does it to the best of his ability with intention of out doing the last one he created.[LOVEMYFLASH][/LOVEMYFLASH]
