From Dunedin's Drunk Uncle and Stinky 69 grew Auckland bands Flaming Davidians, Screaming Infamy, and now the grotesque human jigsaw puzzle, Galloping Hooves of the Apocalypse (GHOTA).

Galloping Hooves of the Apocalypse live in Ponsonby, Auckland City, New Zealand. There are, naturally, four Hooves:

    Vacancy: drums Mr Hugh Harlow: grunt guitars and a little singing Mr Nigel Cellars: bass guitars and much singing Mr Kriss Dee: trebly fizz guitars and most singing

Many others come and go on a regular basis. Turning up to band practice helps. Remembering your instrument is better.

GHOTA released their first album GHOTA in July 2006. It's out now on Dunedin's Rebel High Records. Check them out! They have some goddamned wicked rekords out on CD, including the fantastic SKAFACE CLAW album! We are pretty excited about it quite frankly.
