Using poetry spoken-beats and singing to tell stories of concrete culture.

I am a promoter/host of many nights including Poets at Midnight, It's Showtimes and The Anti-Pop Idol Open Mic Competition. The Anti-Pop ethos: Stealing back the lime-light to celebrate underground and undiscovered talent. Looking not for the 'stars' of tomorrow but the talent around us today. Music is a reflection of life, the underground scene is where the two meet. Building a strong network of musicians and artists to embrace the vibrant local scene and build on it.
