2007 marks the 40th anniversary of the release of the Doors most groundbreaking album, their eponymous debut. "The Doors" is without doubt one of the most innovative rock music recordings ever. Released in january 1967 it contained songs like Light My Fire, Break On Thorough, The End and Alabama Song.These and 40+ other songs from the Doors' rich repertoire can be heard the most authentic way during concerts by THE DOORS EXPERIENCE. The band was founded by singer Jason "Jim" Boiler in 2001 and regularly tour several European contries with enormous success. Connoisseurs rate them as the best European Doors tribute band. Reasons for this are high musical standards and the breathtaking performance of frontman Jason "Jim" Boiler who bears stunning similarities to Jim Morrison concerning look, gesture, carisma and voice, without ever questionning Morrison's uniqueness.In addition to the classic Doors gear organ, guitar & drums, THE DOORS EXPERIENCE add a bass player plus an electric piano to their line-up, to be able to transform the more complex arrangement of later Doors recordings onto the stage.
