We started as a 3 piece formed in Glasgow in late summer 2005. Paul on bass, Gerry on drums and Neil on guitar, with all of us having a bash at vocals. We've known each other for a long time. Paul & Gerry were at school together and Paul & Neil at college together. A love of proper Rock music brought us together as a band, and Wrong Hands was formed!! Having rehearsed a dozen or so times, we recorded a 3 track demo, which you can download & rate, in Headhunter Records studio in Glasgows south side.
After a successful series of gigs in 2006, including, in Glasgow, The Ferry, 2 dates at Barfly, Soundhaus, Edinburgh's Bannermans & more, the continued improvement in our sound needed a boost. In January 2007, Gilbert Scott joined the band, adding an edge to the guitar sound that we never thought possible. The introduction of the Rhodes Piano was another suprise, delighting audiences with a unique sound & vibe. Another of Gilberts endless talents. January 2008 finally saw a new recording. 2 new tracks recorded at Northern Rock. Will '08 be the year of the Hauns......???
