Peterlee regularly assaults dance floors with his almost unending record crate and uncanny ability to play to the crowd. Whether the set is house, drum n bass, breakbeat, hardcore, hip-hop or techno, expect nothing but the best from one of the regions true talents. A skilled veteran DJ, producer and all-around music guru. Finding Pete outside of the studio has become a difficult task, as he spends countless hours every week recording demos, producing tracks and remixing. Releasing demo after demo proves to be no hardship either, and one can expect to hear a new Peterlee mix every month or two. The man lives for the music that he makes; it has become his lifes passion and inspiration.
After attending his first event in 1994, he found his passion in the world of music and bought his own set of turntables. Pete was playing guitar for 5-FU and 10 LBC, but focused on playing records full time after the break-up of his band in 1998 and never looked back. “For a short while I may have been the only person in history that would play a punk rock show, pack up my gear, grab my record back, and play at an Electronic music eventâ€. Pete has come a long way since then and has produced dozens of tracks over the last 10 years. Pete has played clubs ,festivals and massives all over the US including Tampa, Hilton Head, Philly, Columbus, Miami, Boston, Jackson, Memphis, Seattle, San Francisco, Cleveland, St Louis.. and the list goes on. He has opened for artist such as Nigel Richards, Frankie Bones, Shortkut, Heather Heart, Diesel Boy and many others.... He has also held club residencies at nights such as “Soul Kitchenâ€, “Slicedâ€, “Solutionsâ€, and “Elevateâ€.
Pete is probably one of the most laid back easy going cats around, that all changes when he is up on the decks. Dirty, grimy breaks and dirty house is what you'll get.
