My name is Elizaveta. I sing and have played piano since I was six years old.
I also sing opera and classical - and I love it. But a lot of my songs are pop and jazz, too!
I was born in New York, grew up in Russia and now live in Los Angeles.
This is my page for the 'Breakfast with Chopin' project. What I do here is take beautiful classical pieces I grew up playing, like Chopin waltzes or Beethoven's 'Fur Elise' and make them into songs. I released my first Breakfast with Chopin EP in early 2007. And now I am working on a follow-up, which would incorporate my operatic singing into the brand new songs. I am going to post some samples soon!
