I am easy to get along with, love meeting new friends and old friends. I can cook AND do my own laundry (Thanks to MVNU). I am 22 as of the 12th of June. I plan to be attending Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Mount Vernon, Ohio, this Fall to study Nursing. My passion and desire in life is to help people. I know and believe God has great plans for my life, sometimes I just wish I knew what they were. I love the running, hiking, camping, kaycaking, swimming, spending time with friends, and making new friends. I believe we are who we are because of our up-bringing. I was raised as a PK (Pastors Kid), in a very conservative home and had views forced upon me. Which is why I am so liberal and free thinking. Honestly nothing anyone can say will shock me. As for the church… I am furious with today’s church!!! I find that churches are losing their focus with the Great Commission and are not on fire for God. Jesus told us to disciple all nations, NOT just the good and nice people. He challenged us to reach out to the unreachable. I was driving down the road the other day and I saw a billboard sign for a church that read “Perfect People Not Allowed.†That is so true!!! God didn’t call us to save the saved but to be missionaries and reach those who are different and who live in sin, who haven’t heard the good news of a God who loves them.
