DJ Phoneme,originating from Romania,is a man in love with the beats,his style ranging from bassline breakbeat to dub and dubstep.Into electronic music since 1995,he began listening to hardcore techno,going through jungle and oldskool breakbeat,to finally establishing a love for the nuskool breaks style in late 90's.
He then began DJing and throwing parties in 2003,getting more and more gigs all over Romania,playing at the most important festivals and parties since.Also,his mixes were played at 6th & fairfax show and iBreaks radio.
Starting 2008,he is part of Scarcity Records,the new romanian breaks label run by Mesmer.
