DJ Talib Shabazz is an Atlanta Icon on the Hip Hop scene. His radio achievements include a 3 year position as the co-hosts of 88.5FM's Rhythm & Vibes Show '91-'94, V-103's Friday Night Thunderstorm '95-'96, and guest host of WRFG's Ruff Rugged & Raw programing schedule.
Talib started the first Street Marketing and Promotions company, KEEP IT STREET MARKETING, in the city and represented various clients including Death Row Records, Shabazz Brother's Urbanwear, Atlantic Records, Laface Records, Sputnik Marketing, Boss Jeans and Organized Noize Productions, both locally and regionally.
Talib has been written about in several publications and books such as the Vibe Book Of Lists for Hip Hop and various local and national magazines like Rappages, The Rap Sheet, and the Source.
