i'm a field engineer (mechanical) traveling around the world installing and doing outage work on gas turbines. the travel is good, see some places i'd not had the chance to see if it weren't for this job. don't see home as often as i'd like. i write poetry off and on. i'm trying to learn to play guitar, bagpipes, and i own a violin i might try to learn at some stage. i try to learn american sign language off and on, as much as my downtime allows.
