music. i love to listen, let it move me. anytime i look through records to find BT, Sash!, Ian Van Dahl, and Ferry Corsten is a good time! i'm a born performer and choreographer. my mind never stops choreographing. i love reading, world war 2 aircraft, baseball, movies, dancing! i love to be challenged. the harder something is, the better!
Uncle Noam! what a day that will be at MIT this summer!"when you are working towards where you are supposed to be, all the world conspires to help you." just as this is true, so is the opposite. if you find yourself struggling, look around. you may be being told that you are looking in the wrong place.
Ibiza Euphoria (the Matt Darey version)!! my first love is electronic music! BT, Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren, Mark Farina, Hybrid, Thievery Corporation, Utah Saints, the list goes on forever. then after that, anything that can be danced to. i love to swing dance to anything that isnt swing music. it's fun to see a new twist on something so beautiful! i dont do gangstaa rap, or country. but other than that, i'm open to anything. i love music that people created from nothing. i love to watch mixes happen!“my faith complements my music, and in turn my music complements my faith. Nothing in Life really stands alone.†-Andy Hunter
That Thing You Do!! (and thanks to Jack, i now know who U. Thant is!!!!!!) tied for first is Who Killed the Electric Car and Sicko. if you need a couple good movies to get all riled up about the state of things in america, those are the movies for you! i also right now am loving a movie called mindwalk. it's an oldie but a goodie. i like to watch movies that mean something. i dont get much out of silly hollywood movies. they have their place. but i like to learn something in the process!
such a beautiful yet dangerous thing. the power to inform, the power to corrupt. i'm realizing more and more that i am more entertaining than my tv, especially when Angels baseball is on (yay for turrets!!!) i do enjoy educational programming, the history channel, discovery, national geographic, military channel. daily show, colbert report, west wing. you get the theme, learning, thinking and making fun of the right. drama sucks. turn off the tv and enjoy the fact that you are not the people you watch daily.
The Mastery of Love by Don Miguel Ruiz, Blink, Freakenomics, Moneyball, i've been told that Ishmael will change my life, Celestine Prophecy, The Four Agreements.. so many books, so little time!
"Stand up for what you believe, it is rewarded by all that is right in the universe" -BTany person that can truly and honestly live by that statement above is a hero to me, someone to genuinly look up to. as for actual people? BT, Jack, grandma, and Audrey.
