About Me
My name is Haley.
I am the kinda girl who daydreams her way through life, a hopeless romantic, who wishes for her "happily ever after" someday. I am a bit of a clutz, who fumbles and trips once in a while, who likes to think of herself as an intelligent other, who also likes to be a bit rebellious and dangerous once in a while. I am very random, can talk about anything from the top of my head and hold out a conversation for hours on end, who finds comfort in cigarettes in those stressful days, who is deathly afraid of deep dark water and worms, who believes anything is possible, who also believes in karma and the paranormal. I am a work-a-holic who is also a part-time student who hopes to become an interior designer in the next 2-3 years. I am the kinda girl who wants to do absolutely everything in the world, such as maybe joining the peace corps. someday, go skydiving a million times, go hangliding, buy a yacht, live in San Francisco later in life, record a CD in the next few years, be on TV and act my way through shows, buy my own zoo, have my own little pet pandas and koalas and white tigers and penguins and wombats and chimpanzees, learn to tango and become the best tango dancer ever, own a flower shop and a fancy restaurant/bar downtown by the age of 45, travel to Austria, France, Spain, Italy, become a doctor and cure the ill and help the poor, own the most fabulous condo in downtown Chicago designed by yours truly, and there's just so much more that I can't even think of. I have a hard time trusting people, I hate cucumbers and pumpkins, I tend to scream easily when I get scared, I love to eat Korean food (it's my favorite), I love huge gardens like Chicago's Botanical Garden, I enjoy the nature but am a true city girl in heart. I believe in love, I believe in soul mates, yes, I am a sappy little romantic idiot. I love listening to the oldies, I love taking walks in the soft rain, I love being alone downtown in Michigan Avenue or Lake Shore Drive. I love those perfect songs that come on at the most perfect moments, I love to dress up and go eat at fancy restaurants, I love martinis and wines, I love making funny faces in the mirror, I love yummy little cheesecakes or tiramisus, I love going to Starbucks in the mornings and watching Friends with some good breakfast, I love the sunrises at Lake Michigan, and there's so much more that you just don't know but I guess you'll just have to get to know me better.
