NIC DALTON (that's me!) will be playing in solo mode on Sunday 10th August supporting up and coming country-pop singer Natalie D-Napoleon, who is now based in sunny California. Also on the bill Tim Oxley (he of HAC's very own Grandview ) and the Orphans. All this happening at the Cat and Fiddle, 456 Darling Street, Balmain. Starts at 1pm, Nic on at 3.30pm. See you there! Okay, that does include the Stuck Zippers, which was my sister Sara and I when we were 10 and 11 singing songs from the That'll Be The Day soundtrack. My most recent two bands are the Gloomchasers and Sneeze. The latest outing was the Brokebacks - we played a show at Plan B and they were very friendly there. UPDATE: A new Ultimate Vanilla has been rehearsing on and off (making it 65! but who's counting), pure bubblegum, mm mmm. You can add the Tascam 244s...and the Handlebars (haven't trained yet with them, though).
