About Me

I started my love for music at age 3, trying to copy my sister when she practiced piano. Eventually I would take lessons myself with Wanda Seager. I later realized my real passion was for singing and did talent shows from elementary though high school Somewhere along the line, I started writing my own music and have recorded a few within the past few years. Past projects have included The Bullets and Deconfrost as lead vocals and backup vocals. Currently I have put my focus on music education at the Chicago College of Performing Arts of Roosevelt University but continue to do small performances here and there. I also collaborate with Cam McIntyre and we hope to record our most recent work in the near future.Info on the songs:Grandma's Card: Written for and dedicated to my Grandmother who passed away in 2001. She was a huge figure in my life and the song was a way of coping. This is a very rough digital recording made in my dorm practice roomSweet Memories: Also a very rough digital recording made in the UC practice rooms, I wrote this song in 2005So You're Human: One of the first songs I ever completed.
