Been in the biz for almost 20 years since 1989 when I used to spin for just a hobbie. Hooked use with a couple of cats (Kieth Veidol and Vincent Giles) decided to move up to producing. Got rid of the technics 1200's and started with a Mpc 2000. Then met up with Equipto and Andre Nickatina back in the late 90's and continue to work with them till this day off and on while I get my label up and running. The biggest issue was trying to find a producing name to go under just like everyone else. Didnt want to fit the same mold as everyone so I went with my first name Laird. Yes till this day I ask my grandma why, But after all these years I understand now. So basicly right now its D-luv and I for Blacktricity recordings and I'm looking for one more producer someone who can bring it and who is willing to treat it as a Business and not F around like most of these guys Ive ran into. So far
