I'm using this page to try and put together a band. I've been playing guitar since I was 13; first song I ever learned was One - Metallica, and since then I was hooked. At age 12 I was writing down songs/lyrics. I would say that within the past 2 years I have began to like the sounds of bands like, Bullet for my Valentine, Killswitch Engage, Parkway Drive, As I Lay Dying. Their fast crunchy sound lured me in and I found myself playing along on my guitar with their CD's. I'm looking to be a part of a band that has a unique sound, but in the same catogory of the bands listed above. A band that can do both heavy/fast and light/slow songs. I am currently looking for members in the Southwestern part of Pa., but I am willing to travel a fair distance. This will be a "for-real" band, by that I mean that I am going to put myself 110% into it and I hope that you will too. But I understand that we all have jobs to do. So schedules will have to be made. If you feel the same way and would want to be a part of this than let me know by messaging me.
In the meantime I am going to be putting up some stuff that pops into my head from time to time in the songs part of this page so that you can kinda get a feel of what I have been talking about. Sometimes Actions are better than words!
Now a little Bio about myself: I am 21 years old. I love to do anything outsides, but when I am unable to I am either playing my guitar or am out with my girlfriend. Music has always been in my life, playing different roles. I listen to music whenever I can. I am also open to new sounds, and lately been finding a ton of new stuff that I enjoy. I worked at Big Lots in Belle Vernon from 2005 to 2007, Now I am the Night Driver at Model Uniforms; I deliver clothes to the stores. I have a Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from WCCC. I love animals, I have a pitbull terrior mix, shes 7yos but is still my baby. Want to know anything else about me, all you gotta do is ask.
