First and foremost, I'm a mom. I'm also a Hillary Clinton supporter and will be until there is no fight left in me. I found out over the course of the primary season that I am also a feminist. I didn't realize expecting everyone to play fair with a girl in the race meant I was a feminist, but apparently, that's true. I was so excited to see it actually might be possible for a woman to win the White House. After all, she was the most qualified and certainly the best candidate in the field. After meeting President Clinton and hearing Hillary speak several times, I am positive that she is the only choice for president. And after seeing the way the democratic party has treated the family I consider to be our true First Democratic Family, I'm disgusted. I'm no longer a democrat. I am, as I said above, a Clinton supporter and I will follow them wherever they go, but I cannot support the selected nominee of the democratic party for president. It has more to do with the treatment of the most capable candidate the Democrats have had since 1996 than anything else. I can't support a party that would trash one of their own...make that two of their own. No, let's include Chelsea. Let's make it a whole family. I will not vote for Barack Obama in November. For the first time in my life I have considered voting for a republican. How did that happen? I guess I'm just one of those bitter woman clinging to my guns and religion. - Thanks for reading! If you disagree, that's ok. Life goes on. Whoever wins, wins, but the fact is, I won't be supporting anyone this November if Hillary is not on the ballot.GIRL POWER! We need it!
