Symphony is currently a solo artist. Though thru-out her fantastic career she has worked with many wonderful artists...from Prince Rogers Nelson, & Herbie Hancock in LA, to jungle-drum and bass unknowns...Mario Levin & Quana Parker in the LBC.....Oliver Desmet & Arnaud Balvay in Paris, France...or would you like to hear all about Victims Family..a lil PUNK ROCK in Amsterdam , Holland and then there was my old band, legend 27 & tribute albums with Jay Weiser of Utter Prattish in Huntington Beach, CA! My hometown...Mike Meekers, Scotty Coates & Judd Nester...House music with JT Donaldson,of OM, Gallery, and even virtually unknown producer ,Cory Wells was fortunate to release more than 5 tracks with my lyrical genius & vocal skillz! I am currently working on a solo album of New Standards, all written for my ten monthold baby boy Miles. While simultaneously putting out more great house music with HOT NEW PRODUCERS!
Influences: My grandmother when she was raising me, singing jazz to me in her kitchen. RIP NANE!!! I am all over the place. PJ Harvey, Tori Amos, Emeliana Torriani, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Etta James and the Cocteau Twins. Lisa Gerard of Dead can Dance, & Ani Di Franco's early works...
Stevie Wonder, The Commodore's, Louis Armstrong,Earth Wind & Fire, Al Green, Barry White, Coldplay, Crosby Stills Nash & young, The Eagles, James Taylor, Rush, The Cult, Flock of Seagulls, Nirvana, Beastie Boys, Ken of ECB, Lance Desardi, JT Donaldson, Miles Mieda, Migulel Miggs, Mario Levin, and at least 100 more that escape my memory......
Sounds Like: Smoky, smooth and deep vocals that are Sultry, with a jazz base. She has a strong clear voice, and her lyrics, messages and flow are powerful.
