In early 2005, after ages spent looking, Dan finally met Paul. Dan was a 21 year old Guitarist/Songwriter armed with a stack of killer tunes; Paul was a Mega talented Bassist armed with some amazing lines. Together they formed the Black Sands (Not to be confused with another band of the same name on myspace) Drawing on music from the likes of The Beatles, The Who, The Stone Roses, The Jam, The Libertines, Led Zeppelin and more, they created an exciting sound. Soon they found a drummer James and rehearsed as a 3-piece. Unfortunately the band split late last year when members went their separate ways, although Paul and Dan ended up deciding to work together again. Technically speaking Paul and Dan are really still in the band, awaiting a new drummer, but are currently inactive. When things move on you'll be the first to know. I'm sticking up some of my home demo's, and if I manage to find any band rehearsals that aren't totaly crap, I'll put that up too.
