Vito was born Daniel B. Thomas on December 31, 1983 at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, New York. He was born to the proud parents Clayton and Cathy Thomas. He is the last of three children. Throughout his early childhood he resided in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn. Later on, at the age of 6, he moved to South Jamaica Queens with his mother and siblings. They moved to an already crowded house that stood about 100 ft. from Guy R. Brewer Blvd, one of the most popular streets in Queens.
Vito attended Public School 140 where he played basketball so well that he was the youngest member on the team; he was a fourth grader. He then commenced to Intermediate School 8, the most popular junior high school in New York. After graduating junior high school he attended Jamaica High School. At this point, he stopped focusing on his education and basketball and began turning towards the streets to be his teacher. After a year in Jamaica, he was expelled and forced to enroll in August Martin High School. Hoping for a new start, thing only got worst when he began cutting classes and gambling. This became a very bad habit. Not too long after, he decided to give up school. He dropped out. His new method to staying out of trouble was to begin attending church.
His turning point towards the rap game was when he jokingly recited a rap to his friend who saw it more as a hidden talent. Bump, who was into music at the time, told Vito to go home and concentrate on writing a real rhyme. After taking that advice, more people began to realize his talent and a new era began. Vito has already put out three mix tapes solidifying a name for himself. First came ?Initiation to the Game? (hosted by Love Dinero,) followed by ?Coldest Winter Ever? ( hosted by Teardropz and Love Dinero,) and ?Nobody Eats, Volume I? ( hosted by Teardropz.) Preparing to enter a different world, Vito has finished his demo entitled ?Bout My Business.?
