I'm Jey (obviously, but what does a "Jey" DO?! Well lets look at my personal life.. I'm a recently certified bartender, I can make a shit ton of drinks & I'm very excited about that.. I like to drink, don't get me wrong I'm not an alcoholic.. I guess you could call me a social drinker. I'm a musician, that's a pretty big chunk of who I am anymore, by that I mean I wasn't always, before I was a musician I was "Lazy".. now that I'm a musician I'm not lazy, I'm "Economic" =] I play guitar mostly, I kinda dick around with piano, only kinda because I don't have my keyboard at the moment or I would do more. When I DO get back into school, I'll be actually pursuing 3 degrees. For those of you who know me fairly well I have this to say, "No, I'm not kidding..I will be trying for 3 Master Degrees."
I realize it's a lot of work, yes, but I don't have to do it all at once. It also happens to be in my favor that most of them share a lot of electives, so it won't be as hard as one would think at first glance. Eventually I would like to get a Doctorate in Music Education, but thats more of a retirement plan job, as in I know i won't be able to sit still so I'll want a job, I choose teaching. I think those with passion should teach what they're passionate about, they make the best teachers. Also old people have more wisdom and patience generally, so I'll do that when I'm old hahaha. I'm CURRENTLY starting my own business.. I'm opening my own recording studio... with a twist.. it's on wheels. =] I like to spend my time playing music mostly, but lately I'm under a lot of stress with moving out to the beach and finding a new job. But as soon as I'm set in a routine again I can commence living my life the way I love to... day to day. I find I'm fairly easy to get along with as long as you fit into some basic requirements. They're not that difficult either, be considerate and have common sense. Follow those guidelines, & you and I will get along just fine.
