Well what to say about me, well, my name is Holly (aka Cosmic on my journals) and I'm 23 years old. I'm currently attending UNLV as a full-time student and majoring in environmental biology. I chose that as my major because I am a nature freak and I care about the world around me. I'm also getting very involved in the fight against global warming (and yes, it is really happening). I am a proud democrat (not a LIBERAL, I'm a moderate) and I follow politics as much as I can. I hate Bush too. Anyway, I'm pretty easy to get along with, I have a good sense of humor (I will laugh at just about anything), and a good friend to a lot of people. I live in Las Vegas, NV...it's alright, but I wanna get out of this town as soon as possible.
One thing that I think a lot of people like about me is that I am unique, I am probably a lot different from a lot of girls because I am very free when it comes to talking about stuff. Not to mention, it takes a lot to shock me. Many people are surprised to find out that I am into metal so much because I don't dress/look like your typical metal fan, but trust me, I have my band shirts like the rest of us (and lots of black clothing for that matter). I attend concerts as much as I can because I support the metal scene to the fullest.
I love going out with my friends and listening to music. My favorite genres of music are j-rock (japanese rock), black metal, melodic black metal, speed metal, doom metal, heavy metal, folk metal, power metal, death metal, grindcore, glam metal, goth metal, darkwave, alternative (only some bands though), industrial, techno, and even classical. Most of the stuff I listen to comes from Europe, which I plan on visiting within the next few years.
