I'm a 33 year old hair stylist with 3 wonderful kids. I moved to McKinney, Texas in May of 2008. I was living in Hillsboro. Sometimes I miss it, and other times, I don't. I miss being near my mom when she was in town.
I'm the manager of Cool Cuts 4 Kids in Frisco. I love my job, but being the manager requires a lot of hours. But hey... I like being the boss =)
My kids are my pride and joy. Without them, I wouldn't be who I am today! Stephanie is 15, Nathan is 12, and Aaron is 10. They all 3 have different personalities and I love them with everything my heart has to give! I also have 4 adorable nieces, Julie is 8 and Jenna is 7, Kaitlyn is 5 and Alyssa is 2.
Ever have a friend for a while and then realize that you like them a little more than a friend? Well... That's kinda what happened with me and John... We realized that we like each other a lot more than friends.. We have fallen madly in love with each other. I fall in love with him every day. It's such a great feeling! We have so much more than a couple rings and a piece of paper could ever be =) His words to me. I "borrowed" them =) and then he told me a few days ago that the only thing he would change about me is my last name =) *wish granted!* We're engaged. We finally set a date.... June 17, 2010. My grandparents wedding anniversary. We'll be using their wedding rings and the ring my mom wore with my dad before he passed away. It means so much to me! =)
I'm always speaking my mind and saying what I think and feel. I try not judge people unless it is something that is done to me... or a child. Then I'll judge you like you'd never wanna be judged. But I try to leave all the judging up to the man upstairs. Life is too short to not live every day to the fullest and to take too much crap off people. Do what makes you happy. Otherwise, you'll just regret everything.
